Dearest Readers of Big Apple Curry! Sean and I are thrilled to tell you that our daughter Amara was born in January here in New York City.

We hope you are all keeping well amid this global pandemic. As some of you know, we’ve had a long hiatus here at Big Apple Curry. Many apologies for being slow in responding to your comments and emails. Here’s what happened. After a very difficult pregnancy for most of 2019 and an even more difficult labor and delivery, we welcomed our daughter Amara in January 2020. Just like her big brother Liam, we are delighted to say that Amara is a very sweet baby with a peaceful spirit. We are enjoying her very much and thank many of our readers for their warm wishes!

We are looking forward to the end of our hiatus and sharing our very best ideas, tips, and recipes for cooking at home during this crisis. Be well, safe and healthy, and stay tuned for more to come soon!
